| Fitness Can Come Easier Than You Think: In Just 1 Hour A Week |
|
It is amazing as we get older time just seems to fly by. Years can slip away and so can our physical fitness level. Suddenly, or maybe not so suddenly, we are finding a million and one reasons why we don’t have time to workout or live and active lifestyle. The thought of joining a gym or club just seems impossible to fit into our lives.
Perhaps there is a quick and easy way to get fit. I know this sounds like one of those miracle infomercials on late night TV but really it doesn’t take that much time to make a huge difference in our physical fitness world. It doesn’t require any money (or very little) and really doesn’t require much time, about 1 hour per week or more accurately 20 minutes, 3 times a week. For the hour a week you spend working out you will receive more that double back in energy and vitality.
If you are already in shape or have a routine on the go then this is probably not applicable. You already know the benefits of some regular exercise. I recommend staring out slowly with 5 minutes 3 times a week. This can be almost anything but should have some cardio in some way or form. Running, biking, treadmill or stationary bike, running up and down your stairs or a stair machine, mix it up a little with some pushups or sit ups and or other weight training. Work you way slowly up to about 20 minutes three days a week and you wonder why you thought you never had time before!
Tip: If for some reason you miss a workout, make sure to make it up as soon as possible. The next day or later the same day. This is a psychological thing and it has a great impact on most peoples ability to stick to a routine and keep it going…
