Foodsdatabase.com is another good website well worth joining since it is free as well. Keeping track of food and knowing exactly what is in the food we eat can be a very difficult task. This website has an enormous database of not only off the shelf foods but restaurant foods as well so you can know what to order the next time you hit Wendy’s or MacDonald’s!
